1998 – 2001: Theresienklinik Bad Krozingen – head of marketing and public relations, developing and implementing a marketing strategy.

2001 – 2010: Sana Kliniken Bad Wildbad – head of marketing and occupancy, member of the extended clinic management, responsible for staff, budget, quality management and strategic development.
